Application
Do you allow "orphan" U14 players?
Yes, but they must be on a team's state issued roster. They cannot be guest players and we do not allow more than 3 per U14 team.

On the team registration page, please put the birthdate of the oldest non-orphaned player and place a note in the team resume box to let us know that you have orphaned players on your team.
How will I know that I have been accepted?
The FFF will post the final field of contestants no later than Monday, October 13th. Teams accepted into the tournament will receive their acceptance packets on-line by returning to the tournament web site and confirm - instructions will be given in an acceptance e-mail which will be sent to the primary email listed on your application.
What if my team is not accepted?
We receive applications from many more teams than could be accomodated by the limited number of fields and referees.

In reviewing all applications, participants were selected using the following criteria:

-Geographical mixture
-Level of league play
-Tournament Participation
-Competitive team history

Please understand that our inability to accept your team into this year's tournament is by no means a slight against your team. We simply could not accept all the teams that showed interest and had to use the above criteria to sort through all the applications.

We will return a check for your tournament application fee to the primary contact person listed on your application.
When is the application deadline?
Applications are due October 6, 2008

Bracketing/Team Selection
My club has the same coach for more than one team. Can you schedule those teams so that they don't play at the same time?
We make every effort to accomodate requests like this, however, teams MUST make alternate coaching provisions in the event this request can not be honored.

Format
Which age groups play 6v6, 8v8 and which ones play 11v11?
In Indiana, U9 and U10 play 6v6. U11 and U12 age groups play 8v8 and U13 and above play 11v11. For 2008, we are allowed to add a U12 division which can play 11v11 for our out-of-state teams based upon interest. This division will be confirmed and teams it affects will be notified by October 13, 2008. Please indicate on your comment section of your application if you are interested in this division so we can monitor it closely as the deadline approaches.
